Managing Director

Michael holds a Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham. Michael is completing his MSc at Kings College London in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution and has over 20 years’ construction, engineering, commercial and contractual experience, within construction, energy & civil engineering. Sectors include; high−rise reinforced concrete residential developments, high−rise mixed-use commercial office developments, educational, industrial advanced manufacturing facilities and BESS.

Commercial & Legal - Consultant

Martin Smith holds a Masters in Engineering from Cambridge University and has over 40-years’ of global experience within project management, design and construction, and commercial and contractual experience. Martin has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of project management for both Employer and Contractor, of building and civil engineering, design, estimating, contracts administration, procurement strategy, risk identification and management, claims negotiation, expert witness appointments and dispute resolution. He is an expert in providing project management, commercial and contractual advice, particularly relating to design and build (D&B) projects. Martin provides leadership in expert services on project management, technical and commercial issues, including design and build responsibilities.

Martin’s knowledge of forms of contract is considerable, embracing Concession Contracts, International FIDIC Conditions of Contract and FIDIC derivatives, JCT, ICE, NEC and MF. His extensive industry experience has involved many different types of contract including Design and Build (D&B), DBFO, BOO, BOT, BOOT, EPC, EPC Lump Sum, EPIC, LSTK, Fixed Price, Reimbursable and Framework Agreements.

Boni Chileshe, BSc MBA MIoD

Renewable Energy & Infrastructure - Advisor

Boni holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from London and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Birmingham University. He also holds a Business Master Class for senior leaders and an Innovation Master Class from Ashridge Business School.

Boni has over 30-years experience and has been responsible for leading businesses delivering infrastructure solutions across a wide sector focusing on, energy, power generation, transmission and distribution and renewables. Transport (rail, roads, maritime and aviation), water and civil infrastructure.

Boni also has a proven track record at Board and Senior Management level across energy, defence, aerospace, civil infrastructure and engineering sectors engaging at the highest levels with governments, public and private entities. Boni is a part-time lecturer at the University of Birmingham and has held senior positions at Arup, AECOM, Airbus, Rolls Royce, National Grid & EoN.

Phil Cadogan

Head of Civil Engineering

Phil holds HND in Civil Engineering, NEBOSH H&S in Construction, PRINCE2 Practitioner, NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management is a Technical Member of IOSH and currently working towards an MSc in Quantity Surveying. Phil has 20+ years’ experience and a demonstrated history working within the Civils, H&S, Renewables and Utility fields in varying roles from Commercial to Contract / Project Delivery & Management. He is experience in Business Development, Environmental Awareness, Procurement, Contract Negotiation, Quantity Surveying, Contract & People Management and H&S.

RACHEL RICKETTS, BEng PGDip

Commercial & Development

Rachel holds a Bachelors in Civil Engineering (BEng) from the University of Birmingham and a Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying at the University of Reading. Rachel is currently undertaking her Executive MBA programme at the University of Manchester and has 15 years’ experience within engineering & construction, within the UK and the Middle East. Rachel is a Quantity Surveying and Commercial professional whom specialises in, and has delivered large high-rise residential development projects in the City of London for two of the largest UK Residential Developers and a boutique private development firm. Rachel has a wealth of experience in preparing and managing budgets and contracts, procurement, tendering, tender analysis, cost analysis, variation valuation and substantiation and contract termination. Rachel’s contract experience includes JCT design and build and bespoke developer contracts.

JIZHE WANG, BEng MSc

Director

Jizhe holds a Bachelors of Eng in Communication computing and system engineering from the University of Manchester and a Master of science in Logistics and Supply chain management from UCLan. Jizhe has 20 years’ experience within business development and investment. Jizhe brings a wealth of experience in International Business and focuses on identifying business opportunities, building relationships and creating special joint ventures on specific projects. Jizhe is also responsible for managing the investments and investor relationships on development and construction projects pre-construction and throughout the duration until completion. Jizhe is fluent in both English and Mandarin allowing the business to service the needs of International clients and investors from the Far East.
